A need-based grant for Oklahoma residents who are undergraduates at an approved Oklahoma college, university or technology center and receive a Pell Grant. The most it pays in a year is the lesser of 75% of enrollment costs or $1,500 at community colleges and technology centers, $2,000 at regional universities or $3,000 at research universities. You apply by filing the FAFSA, and your school chooses its recipients from its share of the state money.
