This Florida state scholarship is purely merit-based, open to Florida high school grads who are U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens. Florida Academic Scholars, with a 3.5+ weighted GPA, 100 service hours, and a 29 ACT or 1330 SAT, get 100% of tuition and fees covered at a Florida public college, while Florida Medallion Scholars, with a 3.0+ GPA and 75 service hours, get 75%.
