This one grows with you: $1,000 freshman year, then $4,000 sophomore year, $4,000 junior year, and $5,000 senior year at four-year Arkansas schools. Arkansas resident high school grads need an ACT superscore of 19+ (or equivalent), plus 27+ semester hours completed the first year and 30+ every year after.
