Awards range from $1,500 to $25,000, but you have to be working as a Chick-fil-A Team Member at a franchised, company-owned, or affiliated restaurant when you apply. It's not open to the public, but the money can go toward any accredited college, university, or vocational school.

What you'll need to apply

  • Essay: Essays on your goals, leadership and how education will shape your future
  • 1 recommendation letter: Evaluation from your restaurant Operator or manager
  • Transcript: May be requested
  • Must be a Chick-fil-A restaurant team member
