CFU members of Croatian descent who are enrolled full-time in a post-secondary program can compete for this based on grades and how involved they are in their CFU lodge. General membership isn't enough though; you need to hold a CFU life insurance certificate or annuity worth at least $5,000 face value and have been a member for three or more years.
