Students working toward a restaurant, food service, or hospitality degree at an accredited postsecondary school can compete for a share of nearly $1 million a year, in individual awards of $2,500 to $10,000. Applications typically open mid-January and close mid-March each cycle.

What you'll need to apply

  • Transcript: PDF of your most recent transcript showing cumulative GPA
  • Essay: Essay
  • Proof of enrollment or acceptance: Restaurant, foodservice or hospitality program
  • Military discharge papers, if applying as a veteran
