Children (under 23 by September 30) and spouses of active duty, retired or qualifying deceased Sailors and Marines can get scholarships of $500 to $3,000 a year for career and technical programs, associate, bachelor's or master's degrees. Awards depend on your cost of attendance and your FAFSA Student Aid Index, and the money goes straight to your school. Interest-free loans up to $4,000 are also available.
