Recent Oregon high school and GED graduates who start at an Oregon community college within the window can get $2,280 to $4,716 for a full-time, full year of 2026-27. You need a 2.0 high school GPA (or GED scores of 145), 12 months of Oregon residency and no more than 90 college credits, and the grant covers what Pell and the Oregon Opportunity Grant leave. Most students have to apply during senior year.
