- Financial information: FAFSA filed before applying
- Transcript: Official seven-semester transcript, for high school seniors
- Minimum GPA 2.0 (To keep the award)
- Community service while receiving the award
- Proof of enrollment or acceptance: Accredited Oklahoma two- or four-year school
